Wilks Calculator
The Wilks score lets you compare powerlifting totals fairly across different bodyweights and sexes. Enter your bodyweight and total (squat + bench + deadlift).
Your Wilks score
298.45
Calculated with the original Wilks (1994) coefficient for women.
How the Wilks score works
Raw totals favor heavier lifters, so direct comparison is unfair. The Wilks coefficient is a polynomial fitted to elite results that scales your total relative to your bodyweight. Your score is your total in kilograms multiplied by that coefficient — a higher score means a stronger lift pound-for-pound.
This calculator uses the original Wilks formula (Robert Wilks, 1994), still widely used in gyms and many federations. Note that the IPF moved to newer formulas (Wilks 2020 and IPF GL Points); scores from different formulas are not interchangeable.
